Naoko Ganaha
Client Service, Logistics and Merchandise Manager
Naoko is responsible for negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers, liaising with logistics providers to ensure a smooth delivery process, and continually updating the catalogue with trending brands and offerings.
Prior to joining Nagano Rewards she was a merchandising manager in an international retail. She has experience of merchandising operations such as stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.
Naomi Matsumura
Accounting Manager
Naomi has been working in financial, accounting, bookkeeping and administration since 2006 for various industries and organizations including the manufacturing, travel and tourism sectors. Her responsibilities at Nagano Rewards include the account and financial tracking of revenue flows throughout both the rewards program and the organization.
Prior to this, Naomi has experience teaching English and language counselling around the world including Australia, Singapore, Canada and her native Japan.
Hiroko Hada
Gift Card Manager
Hiroko is playing a crucial role in supporting the client delivery team by managing the fulfillment process for gift card orders.Prior to joining Nagano Rewards, she was responsible for customer support and concierge manager in a IT tech company and was supporting both clients and consumers responding to a wide range of inquiries and requests.
Anri Kawahara
Software Engineer
Anri is a Full Stack Software Engineer, working with our global commerce and fulfillment platform which is a critical component of our software infrastructure.
As our Software Developer she coordinates with external development teams and our partner network to enable continuous data exchange and integration with our systems.
Alex Richman
Executive Director
Alex heads our client partnership and business development, and has been an expert internationally over the last 15 years in driving success and excellence in rewards and gifting in employee and loyalty programs through the use of gift cards and merchandise.
Herman Bynke
CEO
Herman is a serial entrepreneur with wide international experience in e-commerce, retail, and global rewards supply chain management. Herman supports the leadership team in the day-to-day business operations.
